Ada Assistant ("the app") is a private personal assistant used by one household. This policy explains how it handles Google user data.
Only with the explicit consent of the Google account owner, the app may access that account's Gmail messages, Google Calendar events and Google Contacts.
The data is used only to provide assistant features to the account owner: for example reading and summarising email, drafting replies the owner approves, viewing and creating calendar events, and looking up contacts. It is not used for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.
Access tokens and any data retrieved are stored on a private computer owned by the household, protected by the operating system's keychain and full-disk encryption. Data is not stored on public servers.
Google user data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties, and is not transferred to anyone other than the account owner. To generate assistant responses, relevant content may be processed by the AI model provider configured by the owner, solely to answer the owner's request.
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The account owner can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On request, stored tokens and data are deleted.
